Amanda is an Armenian-American actress who was born in Queens, New York. She attended Professional Performing Arts High School where she devised theatre piece with Tony Award winning musical director Stephen Brackett (A Strange Loop, Be More Chill, Buyer & Cellar) and writer Bekah Brunstetter (NBC's This Is Us & The Notebook Musical). The piece became a globally produced published play titled Nothing is The End of the World, (except for the end of the world). During this time, she also had an apprenticeship with The Shakespeare Society through the Tony Bennett Arts Education Program.

After graduating from PPAS in 2012, she went on to Queens College to study Theater & Performance, and in spring 2016 received her Batchelor Of Arts with honors. There, she performed in over 10 productions ranging from dance to Shakespeare, but also relished in the opportunities to work more behind the scenes, in things like stage managing and technics. 

Upon graduation in 2016, Amanda moved to Frankfurt, Germany working with physical theatre company antagon theatre AKTion, as well as other theatre groups based there. Performing in Kazhakstan to Costa Rica and everywhere in between, she worked in physically driven works like Dr. Faustus and Gingko.  

In 2019, she was given a full ride for a MFA in Acting at Purdue University. She was awarded a teaching scholarship, where she fell in love with teaching, and lead her own classrooms for the undergraduate students. She was also seen in roles such as Mother Courage in Mother Courage and Her Children, Harper in Angels in America, and Olivia in Twelfth Night. She graduated in May of 2022 is now living in between NYC and the North Fork of LI.
